Individual Therapy

60 minutes · $160

You’ve been carrying something for a while. Maybe it’s shifted recently, or maybe you’ve just reached the point where carrying it alone doesn’t make sense anymore. This is a space to put it down, look at it honestly, and figure out what you actually want to do with it. Sessions draw on whatever fits — cognitive, somatic, narrative, philosophical — and move at the pace the conversation needs.

Couples Therapy

60 minutes · $190

For two people who still care but have lost the thread — or who are navigating something their relationship wasn’t built for yet. This isn’t about assigning blame or teaching you to use “I feel” statements. It’s about understanding how you actually work, separately and together, and finding a way forward that’s honest. Especially useful for couples where neurodivergence, blended family complexity, or non-traditional relationship structure is part of the picture.

Walk-and-Talk — Individual

Therapy that moves. We meet at a local park, walk or sit at a picnic bench, and have a real conversation in fresh air. For people who think more clearly when their body is engaged.

Sometimes the best conversations happen side by side instead of face to face. We meet at a local park and do the real work in fresh air. Available in North Bay and Whitby area.

Fees, sliding scale & bartering

Therapy is an investment, and I want it to be accessible to the people who need it.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for individual sessions. If cost is a barrier, just mention it when you book your consultation — no explanation required, no hoops to jump through. We’ll figure something out.

I’m also genuinely open to bartering. If you have a skill or service to offer and cost is a real barrier, let’s have that conversation.

I offer 60-minute sessions — and I’m not a clock-watcher. Sessions end when the work reaches a natural place, not when a timer goes off.

My goal is never to keep you coming back longer than you need to. The work is done when it’s done. We check in on this regularly — not because there’s somewhere you’re supposed to be by a certain point, but because therapy should feel like a conscious choice, not a standing appointment you show up to.
